Job description

Purpose of the Job:

The This position responsible for planning and managing Marketing activities as per Channel guidelines. With client-centric approach and Retail-effective mindset. He/She will be assisting Head Marketing Franchise in Marketing and budget planning, excellent execution, tracking, and continous learning to drive the ultimate brand image. Keep maintain relationships with key media contacts in order to promote and enhance the image of relevant brands in line with the agreed communication strategy.

 

General Duties & Responsibilities:

    MAIN ROLES:

  • MKT Executive will be directly working with the Head of Marketing Franchise all related ATL – BTL plan & execution for Brands, and communicate with External (Principals & Suppliers) for handle jobs;
  • Make sure all information is properly coordinated to ensure a smooth communication between teams and during MKT project launches.
  • Work closely with other people / departments (Content, Design, Operations, Accountants, Partners…) all along the year to ensure a smooth and suitable run of the assigned projects/ Campaigns.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Marketing Planing and Reports:
  • Assist Head of Marketing Franchise in developing yearly Marketing Plans, incl. Marketing campaigns and Collection launches.
  • Track and update ROI results as well as qualitative feedback of major initiatives.
  • Track and report of competitors’ data and market trends.
  • Ensure regular, clear and effective communication of Marketing activities.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Plan Marketing Budget according to approved Marketing Calendar
  • Systematically manage and track the monthly spending and be able to anticipate the gap between plan and actual
  1. Event/ Campaign management:
  • Assist Head of Marketing in planning and budgeting of all types of event as per Global/ Regional guidelines in realizing Marketing and business objectives.
  • Take charge of communication with all stakeholders e.g VM, Brand team, Product team on event details and support needed.
  • Deliver qualitative execution of events by closely and effectively partner with all related functions internally and externally.
  • Expand partnership programs/ Co-events.
  1. PR Communication:
  • Develop and manage Communication Plan all channels in order to deliver Brand’s DNA, Brand Value and positioning.
  • Building strong working relationship with Media, Press, KOL, stylist… Adding value to PR/ Event/ Content/ CRM activities
  •  Writing creative & inspired contents (Online & Offline) all channels
  1. Promotion Execution & CRM:
  • Coordinating with internal team for internal approval process.
  • Preparing for MOIT application, or partnership offers.
  • Coordinating with Designer and Suppliers to deliver Promotion Packaging: Design, Printing, Branding Service & Communication,…
  • Market research and update on Marketing report – suitable Action Plan;
  • Responsible for customer data analysis, regular tracking of prioritized client segments to set objectives of client recruitement, retention, & re-activation
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager/BOD\

Job requirements

Education/ Training Qualifications (i.e: university degree)
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related field with international Fashion industry or Advertising/ PR agency.
Additional Education:

  • Good at English communication skill

Experience (years of experience i.e: 3 years of experience in similar position)

  • At least 3 year experience in the same position in Retail Lifestyle, luxury

Knowledge of:

  • Understanding of lifestyle retail industry.
  • Good understanding of luxury brands and market players are advantage

Working hours:
Monday To Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM, and morning Saturday

Working at:Thai Tuan Franchise Office.
Hai Nam Building, 2Bis. International Square (Turtle Lake), Dist.3. HCMC.
