Purpose of the Job:

Increase Brand Awareness, deliver Brand value at right positioning

Driving traffic, engagement;

Build Brand Health by deliver customer perception, returning customers;

 

General Duties & Responsibilities:

    MAIN ROLES:

        This position will be in charge of Content Marketing Strategy and Media/ Press/ Celebs/ KOLs/ Stylist relationship management for Brands

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Communication Plan & Content Marketing:
  • In charge of Communication Plan..
  • Writing creative & inspired contents (Online and Offline) for website, social media channels, promotions, events, email marketing, Blog, SMS ads, ...
  • Writing and editing PR articles, press releases.
  • Develop and manage contents (including content writing, content presentation, image ideas) on all channels in the integration of content programs with brand campaigns.
  • Collaborating across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
  1. MEDIA/ PRESS/ Celebs/ KOLs/ Stylist relations:
  • Liaison with the press to communicate messages from the organisation.
  • Building strong working relationships with members of the press and digital media.
  • Writing and distributing press kits to targeted media.
  • Promoting news stories and new products / collections/ features of the brands to the media.
  • Creating the network of KOLs which can influence the conversation and build trust based on our targeted.
  • Messages to the right targeted audiences.
  • Adding value to PR/SM/MKT/EVENT/CONTENT/CRM activities by a high engagement of suitable KOLS network.
  • Ensuring the content of social media posts of celebs and KOLs will be in line with campaign key message as requested.
  • Participating in event management, including launching events, press conferences, and promotional events.
  • Manage PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
  1. Other Admin tasks:
  • Communicate between partners and team to complete contracts, billings, etc
  • Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested.
  • Deliver qualitative execution of events by closely and effectively partner with all related functions internally and externally.
  • Expand partnership programs/ Co-events.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Effectiveness of marketing activities, Cost efficiency
  • Increase Earnned Channels & Engagements
  • Statistical data analysis result

Job requirements

Education/ Training Qualifications (i.e: university degree)
Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication or related field.
Additional skill:

  • Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred
  • Fluent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal & wrtiting.
  • Organization, Planning Skill, Problems solved;

Experience (years of experience i.e: 3 years of experience in similar position)

  • At least 3 year experience in the same position in Retail Lifestyle, luxury

Knowledge of:

  • Understanding of lifestyle retail industry.
  • Good understanding of luxury brands and market players are advantage

Qualifications:

  • Have knowledge about Brand DNA - communication deliver (deliver right brand's voice, style & tone to right target customers)
  • Editornal requires basic SEO understanding, content categorization, content development, distribution and measurement
  • Having relationship with the network of Media, Press, KOLs.....

Working hours:
Monday To Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM, and morning Saturday

Working at:Thai Tuan Franchise Office.
Hai Nam Building, 2Bis. International Square (Turtle Lake), Dist.3. HCMC.

Able to work under high pressure
